Is Stoatify free?
Yes, there is a free plan with no credit card required. Personal Plus ($7/mo) adds more storage, custom fields, saved views and e-signature requests, and Pro ($14/mo) adds even more storage and family sharing for up to five. Teams are billed per active member, starting at $7/seat. See the pricing section above for the full breakdown.
Who can see my documents?
Only you, and, if you choose, the people you invite to your organization or share a link with. Files are proxied behind your authenticated session, storage buckets are private, and a document you're not authorized to see returns a “not found” response rather than revealing it exists.
What file types and sizes are supported?
PDFs, images (PNG, JPEG, HEIC, WEBP) and common Office documents, up to 25 MB per file. You can upload many files at once.
How does search work?
Built-in OCR transcribes the text inside your scans and PDFs, so you can search by what a document says, not just its filename. Your documents are never sent to a third-party service for extraction.
Can I use Stoatify with my team?
Absolutely. Create an organization, invite teammates by email, assign built-in or custom roles, group people, and set per-document permissions.
Do you sell my data or train AI on my documents?
No. We don't sell your personal information, we don't use your documents for advertising, and we don't train AI models on them. You can export or delete your data at any time.
