7. Data and Content

Monitoring data is retained according to your subscription plan. We may delete data after the retention period expires. You are responsible for backing up any data you wish to retain.

8. Cancellation and Termination

8.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period.

8.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Lifetime plans are not eligible for refunds after 30 days, except as required by law. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

10. Intellectual Property

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Stoatify and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the service without our express written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOATIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stoatify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
